General Conditions of Sale

I will usually ship within 2 business day of receiving cleared payment (on monday & tuesday). The expenses of delivery include the post paid and the expenses of the order’s packing. In order to assure your entire satisfaction, I suggest you to choose a sending by colissimo international or by registered mail. However, it’s also possible to apply a cheaper rate, "book and booklet”: insurance, guarantee of delivery deadline and follow-up of the sending not included (Customs taxes not included). Please, contact me for international shipping. I accept payments by bank transfers (free of charge for the addressee please) or by Paypal. If the items should not correspond to the NaturaBuy’s website description’s, they would be returned, in their original packaging, within 7 days after reception (the post paid are borne by the customer).
